Refund Policy

We're delighted to extend a 30-day return policy to our valued customers, ensuring you have ample time - 30 days after receiving your item - to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and still in its original packaging. Remember to include all tags and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

To kick off the return process, simply reach out to us at skfshoppe@gmail.com. We'll furnish you with detailed instructions and a return shipping label to facilitate the return of your package. Please note that we can only accept returns that have been pre-requested.

In the rare instance that you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there's been a mix-up with your order, kindly inspect your shipment upon arrival and notify us promptly. We'll go above and beyond to set things right for you.

Please bear in mind that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest route is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll promptly notify you. If all is in order, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within ten business days. Do keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
